(Kid Friendly) Healthy Rolled Oats and Almond Flour Pancakes

  Ingredients: 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats 1 1/2 cups blanched almond flour 2tsp baking powder (or 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda) 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup whole milk 1/4 cup pure maple syrup   3 tbsp butter, melted 2 eggs 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (I only had 1/2 tsp but I had some sugar free vanilla syrup on hand so I added a dash of that) Coconut oil cooking spray   Instructions: Blend oats in blender until ground up Mix/blend dry ingredients together Add wet ingredients and mix/blend all together Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat (I did level 6 on my electric stove) OR...
