Shipping and Returns

*Returns or exchanges are not allowed on sale items or items purchased during promotions.*


In House Items

In house items may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of delivery date. Before sending anything back, please send an email with your return or exchange information. Items cannot be returned without prior written consent from Darling Daughter Co! If items are sent back without notice, we may only give a partial store credit. Include order number, item number and reason for returning in the email.

Item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with the tags still attached. Please package the item and include original invoice if possible. If you don’t have the invoice, find the invoice number from the confirmation email and include a note with the number, your name and the reason for returning. 

Damages may be returned for a refund up to 14 days but MUST be documented with pictures. Please send an email with the pictures before sending back. If we receive a returned damaged item without documentation, we may only give a partial refund or none at all.

Returns and exchanges are paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or messed up before receiving, in which case you can email us with documentation and ask for a prepaid shipping label.

Online Only Exclusives

Online Only Exclusives may be returned for a full refund within 5 days after delivery. Please follow the same return instructions as In House Items.


Most In House Items will be processed in 1-3 business days and shipped via USPS unless the customer has chosen another option at checkout. Shipping times usually vary between 3 and 5 business days for domestic orders, but are not always guaranteed as shipping times have been delayed due to COVID.

Online Only Exclusive items ship from the various vendors I have partnered with in the United States. They ship for a flat rate of $5 no matter the size of your order. Items are typically processed within 3 business days and shipping is between 2 - 10 business days depending on the vendor.
